Q – How many tablets of SleepEase should I take?A – We recommend that you take 2 tablets with a full glass of water, about one hour before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Q – How many tablets of SleepEase are in each bottle?A – Each bottle of SleepEase contains 60 tablets, which is designed so that for the usual dosage of two tablets per day, each bottle should provide one month’s supply.
